- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or similar applications for report generation.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in billing.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple customers effectively.

- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A professional and courteous attitude at all times.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods during working hours.
