Key Responsibilities

- Manage accounts: Keep in touch with current clients, travel agents, and event planners.
- Make sales pitches: Show off the hotel's rooms, food, and meeting spaces to people.
- Negotiate deals: Agree on prices and sign contracts with clients.
- Track market trends: Check what rival hotels do and spot new ways to earn money. [1]
