Experience: 4+ Years (Mainly into Litigation & Dispute management)
Workdays: 6 Days a Week
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Role Overview

We are looking for a Legal Manager with strong hands-on experience in Litigation and Dispute Management to manage legal disputes and provide strategic legal support to the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee litigation and dispute matters from initiation to resolution.
- Handle contractual, commercial, consumer, employment and other legal disputes.
- Coordinate with external counsel and manage ongoing legal proceedings.
- Assist with litigation strategy, legal research, documentation and evidence management.
- Draft and review legal notices, replies and other legal documents.
- Support settlement and dispute resolution negotiations.
- Advise internal teams on legal risks and recommend practical solutions.
- Track ongoing cases, hearings, deadlines and legal developments.
- Support regulatory compliance and other corporate legal matters as required.

Requirements





- LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. or equivalent legal qualification.
- 4+ years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Litigation & Dispute Management.
- Experience handling contractual/commercial disputes is preferred.
- Solid legal research, drafting and negotiation skills.
- Experience coordinating with external legal counsel.
- International litigation/dispute management experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple legal matters.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
