*About the Role*

We are hiring on behalf of our client for a *Customer Service Associate (Back-office)* role. The ideal candidate should have experience in international customer service and possess excellent communication skills to provide professional support through email and chat while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Handle customer queries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner.

* Provide accurate solutions while maintaining excellent customer service.

* Record customer interactions and update case details in the CRM system.

* Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate team.

* Meet quality standards, productivity goals, and SLA requirements.





* Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective resolutions.

*Requirements*

* Minimum *1 year of experience* in International Customer Service.

* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

* Experience in Voice and/or Non-Voice (Email/Chat) support.

* Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.

* Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.

* Willingness to work in the *US Night Shift*.

* Immediate joiners are preferred.
