Position: Costing Engineer

Education: Any Graduate with BE- Civil

Work Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed project estimations and costing for interior fit-out and contracting projects.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and cost calculations for materials, labor, and subcontracting works.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quotations and rate negotiations.
- Prepare tender documents, commercial proposals, and bid submissions.
- Review project budgets and ensure cost control measures.
- Maintain costing records and update pricing databases regularly.
- Work closely with project, procurement, and design teams for accurate estimation.
- Evaluate project risks and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure timely submission of estimates and tender documents.

Required Skills:





- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials and execution processes.
- Experience in project estimation, costing, BOQ preparation, and tendering.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD drawings and project specifications.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Strong analytical and commercial understanding.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience in Interior Fit-Out / Contracting Industry is mandatory.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy in costing

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
