The Role

We're looking for a Senior SEO Specialist who can take full ownership of client SEO accounts — from technical audit through to ranking and revenue outcomes. This is a hands-on execution role, not a purely strategic one. You'll be running audits, writing briefs, fixing technical issues alongside developers, and presenting results directly to clients.

You'll manage multiple accounts across different markets and industries simultaneously, so strong prioritisation is as important as SEO knowledge.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical SEO

- Conduct full technical audits (crawlability, indexation, site architecture, redirects, canonicalisation, hreflang, XML sitemaps, robots.txt)
- Diagnose and resolve Core Web Vitals and page speed issues in coordination with the development team
- Implement and validate structured data / schema markup
- Manage migrations, redesigns, and domain changes without traffic loss
- Monitor Google Search Console for coverage, enhancement, and manual action issues

On-Page & Content

- Run keyword research and build topic clusters mapped to search intent and business goals
- Write detailed content briefs for writers; review content for SEO quality before publishing
- Optimise titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, and URL structures
- Identify and execute content refresh opportunities on decaying pages





Off-Page & Authority

- Plan and execute white-hat link building — digital PR, guest posting, resource outreach, unlinked mention reclamation
- Audit and disavow toxic backlink profiles where required
- Manage citation building and NAP consistency for local clients

Local & International SEO

- Optimise and manage Google Business Profile listings, including review strategy and posts
- Handle multi-location and multi-region SEO for clients in India, UAE, and Canada
- Implement hreflang and geo-targeting correctly for international sites

Analytics & Reporting

- Build and maintain client dashboards in Looker Studio
- Track rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and revenue attribution in GA4
- Deliver monthly performance reports with clear insight and next-step recommendations
- Present results and strategy directly to clients on calls

AI Search Visibility

- Optimise client content for AI-driven search surfaces (AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity)
- Track brand visibility and citation share across LLM-based search results

Requirements

Must have:

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience strongly preferred)
- Demonstrable results — be ready to walk us through specific sites, what you did, and what moved
- Strong command of Google Search Console, GA4, and Google Business Profile
- Proficiency with at least two of: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, Sitebulb
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS basics, and schema markup — enough to spot issues and brief developers accurately
- Solid understanding of Google's ranking systems,



core updates, and E-E-A-T principles
- Excellent written and spoken English — you'll be client-facing
- Ability to manage 4–6 accounts concurrently without dropping deadlines

Good to have:

- Experience with UAE / GCC or North American markets
- E-commerce SEO experience (Shopify, WooCommerce, custom platforms)
- Familiarity with WordPress, Next.js, or headless CMS setups
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads and paid search interplay with organic
- Experience with Python or Screaming Frog custom extractions for SEO automation
- Google Analytics / Google Ads certifications

Work From Home Requirements

This is a permanent remote role, but it comes with expectations:

- Reliable high-speed internet connection with a backup option (mobile hotspot or secondary connection)
- Own laptop/desktop capable of running SEO tooling smoothly
- Quiet, professional workplace suitable for client video calls
- Availability during core working hours, with flexibility to overlap with UAE client timings when needed
- Responsive on team communication channels during working hours
