Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Tool Room qualified – Milling to handle precision milling operations and tool-room activities. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in milling machines, tool & die manufacturing, precision components and engineering drawings, with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and manage milling machines for precision machining requirements.
- Perform machining of dies, moulds, tools, jigs, fixtures and precision components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions and tolerances.
- Set up milling machines and select appropriate cutting tools and parameters.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and required surface finish of components.
- Perform tool-room machining as per production and tooling requirements.
- Inspect machined components using appropriate measuring instruments.
- Coordinate with Tool Design,



Production and Quality teams.
- Identify machining issues and take corrective actions.
- Monitor tool wear and ensure proper maintenance of cutting tools and machines.
- Maintain machining records and tool-room documentation.
- Ensure minimum rejection, rework and material wastage.
- Follow safety, quality and housekeeping standards on the shop floor.
- Support tooling modifications, repairs and improvement activities.

Required Skills
