About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using .NET Core and C#.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Develop, optimise, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases.
- Write clean, efficient, secure, and maintainable code.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure software quality.
- Participate in code reviews and promote development best practices.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand and deliver business requirements.
- Identify opportunities for automation, innovation, and process improvement.
- Ensure applications meet performance, reliability, and security standards.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
- Proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming.
- Experience with Entity Framework Core.
- Strong SQL Server development and optimisation skills.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
- Experience with source control.
- Solid understanding of software architecture and development best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working within Agile development environments.
