Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MEP Coordinator – HVAC to coordinate HVAC works with Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Civil, Structural, and other MEP services. The candidate will be responsible for drawing coordination, site execution support, resolving clashes, monitoring progress, and ensuring HVAC work is completed as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate HVAC works with Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Civil, and Structural teams.
- Review HVAC drawings, layouts, shop drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Identify and resolve MEP clashes and coordination issues at site.
- Ensure HVAC installations are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate installation of Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Pumps, Cooling Towers, Ducting, Chilled Water Piping, and related HVAC systems.
- Coordinate HVAC equipment positioning, piping routes, duct routes, shafts, and service spaces.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor work progress.
- Coordinate with design and execution teams for drawing revisions and site requirements.
- Track material requirements and coordinate with Purchase/Stores for timely availability.
- Assist in planning manpower, materials, and subcontractor activities.
- Prepare and maintain RFI, MIR, inspection requests, site reports, and coordination records.
- Attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.




- Follow up on technical queries, approvals, and pending site issues.
- Monitor quality of HVAC installation and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Support testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final handover activities.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress updates and report issues to the Project Manager.

Required Skills

- Strong HVAC and MEP coordination knowledge.
- Good understanding of HVAC drawings and site execution.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve site-level technical issues.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Revit/BIM will be an added advantage.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and work within project deadlines.

Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Experience

1 to 2 years of relevant experience in HVAC/MEP coordination, preferably in commercial, industrial, residential, hospital, mall, or infrastructure projects.
