Job Summary

The Operations Head will be responsible for the overall operational management and performance of the organization/assigned brand. The role involves coordinating and monitoring Sales, Counselling, Centre Coordination, Technical/Training, and Placement functions to ensure smooth workflow, student satisfaction, revenue growth, and achievement of organizational targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor the overall day-to-day operations of the assigned brand.
- Coordinate with Sales, Counselling, Centre Coordinator, Technical, and Placement teams.
- Set departmental targets and monitor performance against defined KPIs.
- Review daily/weekly/monthly reports and take corrective action wherever required.
- Ensure proper coordination between departments and maintain smooth workflow.
- Monitor student-related issues, complaints, feedback, and ensure timely resolution.
- Track sales performance, student registrations, collections, training progress, and placements.
- Ensure proper follow-up and collection of pending student dues.
- Monitor trainer performance, batch schedules, attendance, student feedback, and training quality.
- Coordinate with the Placement Department to monitor placement activities and outcomes.




- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Maintain discipline, accountability, and adherence to company policies.
- Prepare and submit operational reports to management.
- Take ownership of achieving overall operational and business targets.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in operations, management, or a similar leadership role.
- Experience in an education, training, IT services, or similar organization is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and achieve targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
