About Qute Extrusions Private Limited

Established in 2006, Qute Extrusions Private Limited is a leading manufacturer of uPVC window profiles, PVC doors, WPC frames, false ceilings, and other building materials. With advanced manufacturing facilities in Gummidipoondi, we serve government departments, contractors, dealers, fabricators, and private construction projects.

We are looking for a Field Marketing Executive in Chennai who can develop dealer networks, generate project leads, and achieve sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through regular field visits to construction sites and project locations.
- Meet and develop relationships with dealers, distributors, fabricators, architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders.
- Promote and sell Qute's uPVC, PVC, WPC, and other building material products.
- Identify new construction projects and generate business opportunities.
- Follow up with leads, provide quotations, negotiate, and close orders.
- Develop and maintain dealer and distributor networks in the assigned area.
- Coordinate with the production and internal teams for order processing and delivery.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Submit daily field visit and sales reports.
- Identify government, institutional, and large-scale construction projects where applicable.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in field sales or marketing.
- Experience in building materials, cement, paint, steel, uPVC windows, doors, hardware, or related construction industries is preferred.
- Experience in dealer/distributor handling and project sales is an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Must be comfortable with extensive field work and daily travel.
- A valid two-wheeler driving license and your own two-wheeler are mandatory.
- Target-oriented and willing to develop new business opportunities.
