What You'll Do:

As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for taking projects from technical requirement to successful execution and delivery, while ensuring quality, timelines and customer expectations are met.

- Project Execution & Ownership
- Plan, coordinate and execute assigned engineering projects from order receipt to successful completion.
- Understand customer technical requirements, specifications, drawings and project scope.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, execution plans and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress against Time, Cost, Quality and Scope.
- Identify potential delays, technical challenges and project risks and take timely corrective action

2*.Technical Coordination*

- Review technical specifications, datasheets, drawings, BOMs and other project documents.
- Coordinate with Design, R&D;, Production, Purchase, Quality and Service teams for smooth project execution.
- Support system integration, panel-related activities, analyzer installation and project-specific engineering requirements.
- Ensure equipment and components are selected and configured as per approved technical specifications.
- Assist in resolving technical issues during assembly, testing, installation and commissioning.

3*.Customer & Site Coordination*

- Coordinate with customers, site teams for project-related requirements.
- Attend technical discussions and clarification meetings whenever required.




- Coordinate site activities including installation, commissioning, testing and troubleshooting.
- Understand customer concerns and ensure timely resolution in coordination with the relevant internal teams.

4.Documentation & Quality:

Prepare and maintain project documentation including:

- Technical submittals
- BOMs
- Drawings
- Datasheets
- Inspection & testing documents
- Installation/commissioning reports
- Project progress reports
- Ensure project deliverables comply with customer specifications and applicable quality requirements.
- Maintain proper project records and ensure timely closure of documentation.

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for someone who is technically sound, organized, proactive and willing to take ownership.

Required Skills:

- BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, E&TC;
- 2–5 years of experience in project execution, engineering, instrumentation, automation, process equipment or industrial projects.
- Ability to understand technical specifications, drawings, datasheets and BOMs.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong coordination and project management skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer/project sites when required.
