Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Calicut

Role Overview: We are looking for a high-energy, creative, and organised Social Media Manager to be the heartbeat of digital and public presence. You won’t just manage our handles; you will be the bridge between our internal operations, our production team, and the public. From conceptualising viral Reels to booking high-impact podcast appearances and managing outreach activities, you will ensure that we are seen, heard, and respected across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Social Media Management

- Develop and execute a comprehensive Content Calendar.

●Manage and grow presence across all platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).

● Diversify content formats: Create and schedule Stories, Reels, and Feed Posts tailored to each platform's unique audience.

● Ensure all content is posted on time and maintain a consistent brand voice.

2. Production Coordination

● Act as the primary liaison between the Camera/Production team and office staff.

● Direct shoots to ensure the right footage is captured for social-first content.





● Coordinate with office staff to identify "behind-the-scenes" opportunities and educational content.

3. Content Creation & Editing

● Perform basic video editing and graphic design (using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite) for quick-turnaround content.

● Script and storyboard content ideas based on industry trends.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

● Experience: Proficient in Social Media Management.

● Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media management tools and basic video/photo editing software.

● Organisation: A "master of the calendar" who can juggle production schedules and posting deadlines without breaking a sweat.

● Communication: Exceptional writing skills and the ability to pitch MBT to external media outlets confidently.

● Creativity: An eye for what makes a Reel or Story "scroll-stopping."

● Proactive Mindset: Someone who doesn't just wait for content to arrive but goes out and "makes it happen" with the staff.
