Job Description – Quality Engineer

Position: Quality Engineer

Industry: Packaging Industry

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma

Experience: 1–2 Years

Salary: ₹30k to 35k ,per month

Candidate Profile

B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related engineering field.

1–2 years of relevant experience in Quality Engineering, preferably in the Packaging Industry.

Candidates with experience in packaging materials, production processes, quality inspection, and manufacturing will be preferred.

Positive knowledge of quality standards, inspection methods, and documentation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain quality standards in packaging production processes.

Conduct incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.





Identify defects and quality issues and take appropriate corrective actions.

Ensure packaging products meet required customer and company specifications.

Maintain quality reports, inspection records, and other documentation.

Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.

Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Ensure adherence to defined quality standards and procedures.

Salary

₹30,k to 35k, per month, depending on candidate's experience, skills, and industry exposure.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
