We are looking for a Junior Engineer (fresher/entry-level) to work across the Quality, Production, and Maintenance departments, gaining hands-on exposure to core manufacturing operations. The role centers on monitoring daily performance metrics, spotting trends and deviations, and supporting engineers with analysis and process documentation.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor daily performance metrics across departments and help interpret what the numbers indicate about process health.
- Support inspection activities and help analyze quality metrics such as rejection rate, first pass yield, and customer complaints.
- Assist senior engineers in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Support process documentation, SOP updates, and audit readiness by keeping departmental records organized and current.
- Participate in daily shift/production review meetings and contribute observations from the floor.
- Assist with internal and external audits by preparing and presenting relevant records and data summaries.
- Learn and apply basic problem-solving tools (5 Why, Pareto analysis, fishbone diagrams)




- Assist with production planning and scheduling coordination.

Desired Profile:

- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and shop-floor terminology.
- Analytical mindset — comfortable interpreting data to identify trends, causes, and improvement opportunities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools willingness to learn ERP/MES systems.
- Robust attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Good communication skills to coordinate and collaborate across departments.
- Eagerness to learn quality and process-improvement tools (5 Why, Pareto, fishbone, basic Lean/Six Sigma concepts).
- Punctual, disciplined, and comfortable working in a shop-floor environment.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Desired Experience: 0-5 yrs

Qualification: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline (freshers welcome)
