Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Handle and maintain employee documentation and HR records.
- Coordinate payroll processing, attendance, leave, and related HR activities.
- Support recruitment and selection, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
- Maintain employee databases and ensure HR records are accurate and up to date.
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.




- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations.

Requirements

- 1–4 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations.
- Hands-on experience in Onboarding, Payroll, Documentation, and Recruitment is required.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employment documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
