Skill & Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

1.Client Consultation:

- Engage with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Offer personalized travel recommendations based on client requirements.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, itineraries, and travel options.

2.Travel Planning and Booking:

- Plan and organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and activities.
- Research and compare travel options to find the best deals and value for clients.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and other travel providers to make reservations.
- Process bookings and issue travel documents like tickets, itineraries, and visas.

3.Destination Knowledge:

- Stay updated on travel industry trends, visa requirements, travel advisories, and emerging destinations.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of popular tourist spots, local attractions, and cultural experiences in various destinations.

4.Customer Service:

- Provide outstanding customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and addressing concerns.
- Assist clients in case of travel disruptions or emergencies, offering alternative solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

5.Sales and Marketing:

- Promote and market travel packages and deals to attract new clients.
- Collaborate with travel suppliers and attend industry events to gain insight into new offerings and opportunities.

6.Administration:





- Keep detailed records of client interactions, travel bookings, and financial transactions.
- Process payments and handle financial transactions securely.

7.Problem Solving:

- Resolve any issues that arise during the travel process, such as flight cancellations, overbooked accommodations, etc.
- Act as a liaison between clients and travel providers to mediate and resolve disputes when necessary.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a travel consultant or in a similar role is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and travel suppliers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple bookings and travel arrangements.
- In-depth knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements, and travel industry best practices.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, to cater to client needs and handle emergencies.
- A passion for travel and a robust desire to help others create memorable travel experiences.

Position Overview:

We need travel consultant, who is a skilled responsible for helping individuals, families, and businesses plan and organize their travel arrangements. The primary objective of him/her would be to provide exceptional customer service and create memorable travel experiences for clients. They would require to work closely with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements and then use their expertise to suggest and book appropriate travel options.
