We Are Hiring: Plant HR Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Plant HR Executive to manage and support day-to-day HR operations at our manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily HR operations at the plant.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, and shift records.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, joining documentation, and induction.
- Assist in payroll input preparation and salary-related activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR-related documentation.
- Support statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, and other applicable requirements.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Coordinate recruitment and manpower requirements for the plant.
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS and reports.
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Coordinate with department heads and management regarding HR-related matters.




- Ensure effective implementation of company HR policies and procedures.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, MSW, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment.
- Good knowledge of attendance, payroll processes, and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS.
- Ability to handle employees and coordinate effectively with different departments.
- Proactive, responsible, and capable of working in a fast-paced plant environment.
