Position: Real Estate Sales Executive

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update property listings on leading real estate platforms such as 99acres, Square Yards, MagicBricks, and similar portals.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential and commercial property options.
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, emails, and digital communication channels.
- Coordinate and conduct property site visits across Mohali and nearby locations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with prospective customers and support them throughout the sales process.
- Assist with booking procedures, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Utilize Instagram and other social media platforms for property promotion, customer engagement,



and lead generation.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Hands-on experience with property listing platforms such as 99acres, Square Yards, MagicBricks, or similar portals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Experience using Instagram and other social media platforms for marketing and lead generation activities.
- Target-oriented with excellent follow-up and conversion skills.
- Must have own conveyance and be willing to travel for property visits within Mohali and surrounding areas.
- Professional attitude with robust interpersonal and presentation skills.
