# Senior Operations Manager

**Location:** Panchkula | **Experience:** 5+ Years | **Immediate Joiners Preferred**

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage the **Operations & Monitoring/Reporting teams**.

* Ensure smooth **day-to-day workflow** and proper work allocation.

* Monitor team performance, productivity, and deadlines.

* Maintain **quality standards** and ensure work accuracy is not compromised.

* Review MIS, reports, and daily operational performance.

* Identify gaps, errors, and delays and take corrective action.

* Coordinate between teams and ensure timely completion of tasks.

* Handle escalations and drive process improvement.

### Ideal Candidate

Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and **team & workflow management** skills with good knowledge of **MS Excel/MIS reporting**.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
