- Perform wiring harness assembly as per Work Instructions, drawings and process sheets.
- Carry out wire cutting, stripping, crimping, terminal insertion and connector assembly.
- Operate production tools and semi-automatic/automatic machines as per training.
- Perform visual and basic quality inspection of wiring harnesses.
- Check correct wire routing, terminal locking, connector fitting and component placement.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOP), work instructions and safety rules.
- Maintain 5S and cleanliness at the workstation.
- Achieve daily production targets with required quality standards.
- Identify and report defects, abnormalities and machine/tool issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain production records and follow traceability requirements.
- Support line changeover, material handling and other production activities.




- Follow company safety, discipline and attendance requirements.

Eligibility

- ITI / Vocational qualification in relevant trade such as Electrician, Electronics, Wireman or equivalent.
- Freshers preferred.
- Candidates should be eligible for apprenticeship engagement under NAPS.
- Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic components.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to use basic hand tools.
- Ability to read basic work instructions.
- Willingness to work in a production environment.
- Positive discipline and learning attitude.

Pay: ₹1.80 - ₹2.80 per year
