Sales Executive – Night Shift

About the Role

Deep Construction Private Limited is looking for a confident, professional, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our night-shift team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, communicating with prospective and existing clients, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the sales and operations team to provide an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about company services.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers regarding their requirements.
- Assist in converting customer inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the company CRM/database.
- Perform basic computer work, data entry, and record management.
- Communicate professionally with customers through calls, messages, and emails.
- Coordinate with sales, dispatch, management, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow company procedures, scripts, and customer service standards.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality while handling company and customer information.





Candidate Requirements

- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Robust customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, email, internet applications, and data entry.
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with customers.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must be comfortable working night shifts from the office.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, call centre, BPO, or a similar role will be an advantage.

Salary & Growth

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience, communication skills, job performance, and responsibilities.
