- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards for the defined category
- Ensure a “Meet and greet’ approach for every walk-in customer
- Meet sales goals set out by the category in charge
- Drives sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
- Closely monitor inventory availability/stockouts to avoid lost opportunities in the respective category
- Be a shining example of high performance and a positive attitude

REQUIREMENTS

- Comprehensive understanding of the store products
- Advanced customer service skills
- Robust level of professionalism at work
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Patience when dealing with difficult customers
- Problem-solving & conflict resolution skills
- Graduate with 2-4 years of experience preferably from a luxury retail/hospitality background
- Knowledge of the apparel industry, crafts, and fabric.
