Key Responsibilities

- Team Supervision: Guide, mentor, and evaluate junior HR personnel and manage daily department workflows.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee hiring processes, including job postings, candidate interviews, and new-hire orientation.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee complaints, performance issues, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations.
- Compliance & Administration: Ensure adherence to employment and labor regulations and maintain accurate personnel records.
- Training & Development: Coordinate staff training workshops and support employee career growth initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in human resources, with prior supervisory or leadership background.
- Knowledge: Robust understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software.
- Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, leadership, and conflict-management abilities

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
