Job Summary

Responsible for the maintenance, repair, modification, troubleshooting, and development of injection moulds/tools to ensure smooth production with minimum downtime and consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection moulds.
- Attend mould-related issues during production and minimize machine downtime.
- Carry out mould assembly, disassembly, fitting, and trial activities.
- Identify and rectify mould defects such as flash, short moulding, sink marks, mismatch, and cooling issues.
- Handle mould modification and correction as per production/NPD requirements.
- Conduct mould inspection and maintain tooling condition records.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and NPD teams for mould-related issues.
- Ensure proper maintenance of core,



cavity, ejector system, sliders, lifters, cooling channels, and hot runner systems.
- Support recent mould trials and provide feedback for necessary corrections.
- Maintain tooling spare parts, inserts, and consumables.
- Follow 5S, safety, quality, and maintenance procedures in the tool room.
- Maintain mould history, maintenance schedules, and breakdown records.
- Ensure tools are stored properly after production and are ready for the next scheduled run.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
