We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior 3D Designer – Events & Exhibitions to lead the conceptualization and execution of innovative exhibition stands, event environments, brand activations, and experiential spaces.

The ideal candidate will combine strong conceptual thinking with technical expertise, lead design projects from brief to execution, mentor junior designers, and ensure world-class visual and spatial experiences that align with client objectives and brand strategy.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Leadership

- Lead the development of high-impact 3D concepts for exhibitions, trade shows, events, and experiential marketing projects.
- Translate complex client briefs into strategic, immersive, and commercially viable design solutions.
- Present design concepts confidently to clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain high creative standards across all projects.

Project Ownership

- Manage projects from initial concept through final execution and in office delivery.
- Ensure designs are structurally feasible, cost-effective, and production-ready.
- Work closely with production, fabrication, and technical teams to ensure design integrity.
- Oversee revisions and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

- Guide and mentor junior and mid-level designers.
- Review and approve design outputs and render quality.
- Foster creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the design team.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

- Participate in client meetings, pitch presentations, and design discussions.
- Provide strategic input on spatial branding and experiential storytelling.
- Build strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers.

Technical & Operational Oversight

- Produce and review technical drawings, construction details,



and material specifications.
- Ensure compliance with venue regulations, safety standards, and structural requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers to align design timelines with delivery schedules.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, sustainability practices, and innovative technologies.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or related field.
- 6–10+ years of experience in exhibition, event, or experiential design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing large-scale, high-impact event or exhibition projects.
- Expert proficiency in:
- 3ds Max / SketchUp / Cinema 4D / Blender
- AutoCAD
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Rendering tools (V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape, etc.)
- Deep understanding of materials, fabrication methods, lighting, and structural systems.
- Experience managing multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
- Strong budgeting awareness and cost-conscious design approach.

Preferred Skills

- Experience leading design teams.
- Knowledge of sustainable and modular exhibition systems.
- Experience with international exhibition standards and large venue regulations.
- Motion graphics or immersive technology (AR/VR) knowledge is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
