Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team as Trainee Associates – AR.

As an AR Trainee, you will receive training on US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management and medical billing processes and will work with the team to manage and follow up on healthcare claims.

Key Responsibilities

- Learn and understand the US Healthcare RCM process.
- Follow up on outstanding and unpaid insurance claims.
- Review claim status and identify reasons for pending or denied claims.
- Communicate with insurance companies and healthcare payers as required.
- Update claim and payment-related information accurately in the system.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Ensure timely follow-up on assigned accounts.
- Work effectively as part of a team and meet process requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and healthcare information.

Eligibility – Who Can Apply?

- Graduates from 2025 or 2026 batches only.




- Freshers with 0–1 year experience may be considered.
- Good English communication skills – verbal and written.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to learn and build a career in US Healthcare / RCM.
- Must be comfortable working in a night shift.

Shift Timing

05:30 PM to 02:30 AM

During Daylight Saving Time (DST), shift timing will be 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM.
