- Greet customers and assist them in selecting jewellery based on their needs.
- Explain product features, prices, and offers clearly to customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure excellent customer service.
- Handle billing, product exchanges, and solve customer queries.
- Maintain product displays and keep the showroom organized and clean.
- Work closely with the team and follow company policies.
