Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Logistics Intern to support our logistics and operations team in coordinating daily activities, tracking shipments, maintaining records, and assisting with smooth last-mile operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in coordinating daily logistics and delivery operations.

- Track shipments and monitor delivery status.

- Coordinate with delivery executives, station teams, and operations staff.

- Maintain and update logistics-related records and reports.

- Assist with attendance, productivity, and operational data.

- Support the team in resolving delivery and operational issues.

- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports using MS Excel.

- Assist in monitoring key operational performance metrics.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.

- Perform other logistics and administrative duties assigned by the management.

Requirements





- Graduate or pursuing a degree/diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational workplace.

- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
