Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to support our business growth initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, building client relationships, and contributing to the achievement of business development targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential clients and recent business opportunities.
- Company Provide the Leads
- Contact prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Explain company services and present suitable solutions to clients.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Track daily activities, leads, meetings, and conversion status.
- Achieve assigned business development and lead-generation targets.





Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Business/Marketing is preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, including Word and Excel.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
