About the Role

Shraz Flexible Dieting Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Tamil Nutrition Coach with Sales who is passionate about nutrition, wellness, and helping clients achieve their health and weight-management goals.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in Tamil, have good nutrition knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into customers through effective counselling and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand clients' health, fitness, weight-management, lifestyle, and dietary requirements.
- Explain the company's flexible dieting and nutrition programs to prospective clients.
- Counsel clients and recommend suitable programs based on their requirements.
- Convert qualified leads into paid customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with interested and prospective customers regularly.
- Handle customer objections and queries professionally.
- Build trust and establish robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Provide basic nutrition and food guidance within the company's approved protocols.
- Conduct regular client follow-ups and support adherence to nutrition plans.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and client interactions.
- Coordinate with the nutrition and coaching team for a smooth client experience.
- Participate in training sessions and continuously improve nutrition and sales skills.

Required Skills

- Tamil fluency is mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.




- Good knowledge of nutrition and healthy eating.
- Strong counselling and customer-handling skills.
- Good sales and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales.
- Excellent follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Empathetic and patient while dealing with clients.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp skills.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Food & Nutrition, Nutrition & Dietetics, Food Science, Clinical Nutrition, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates from other backgrounds with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Experience

- Freshers – 3 years of experience can apply.
- Experience in nutrition, dietetics, fitness, wellness, healthcare, counselling, telecalling, or B2C sales will be an added advantage.
