Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Manager who will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR management for the organization. The candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, HR operations, compliance processes, team management, and overall HR administration. This is a managerial role requiring strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing end-to-end recruitment and staffing activities
- Overseeing complete HR operations and administrative functions
- Handling payroll coordination and salary processing
- Managing employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities
- Supervising attendance, leave management, and employee records
- Handling HR compliance and maintaining HR policies
- Managing employee engagement and grievance handling
- Leading and supervising HR and operational team.
- Coordinating with management regarding manpower planning and workforce requirements
- Ensuring smooth execution of daily HR activities across departments
- Developing and maintaining skilled workplace culture and employee discipline
- Preparing HR reports and maintaining operational efficiency





Who Can Apply:

- Candidates with minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience (only Hospitality Industry preffered)
- Candidates with prior hospitality industry experience
- Candidates with strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Candidates comfortable handling complete HR responsibilities independently
- Candidates with strong knowledge of HRMS software and HR technology
- Candidates with sound knowledge of HR compliance and statutory requirements
- Candidates who are based out of Maharashtra will be preferred
- Candidates with strong knowledge of MS Excel and HR reporting
- Candidates willing to work in a remote setup

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage

Experience In Years: Minimum 5 years of relevant HR Generalist / HR Recruitment experience from Hospitality industry

Industry Experience: Hospitality industry experience is mandatory
