Job Description:

- We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Management Trainee – Dark Store Operations to join our fast-paced operations team in Gurgaon.
- This role is designed as a launchpad into operations leadership at Zippee. You’ll work closely with senior team members across dark store operations, inventory, fulfilment, and manpower management, with significant ownership from day one.
- This role is based in our HQ, but you must be comfortable with frequent travel to stores and other operating locations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day dark store operations across inbound, inventory, picking, dispatch and outbound.
- Drive fulfilment SLAs across 30-minute, 120-minute and same-day deliveries.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, stock availability,



audits and reconciliation.
- Track and improve fulfilment TAT, picking accuracy, dispatch timelines and store productivity.
- Support manpower planning, shift management and workforce productivity.
- Work closely with delivery partners, vendors and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain daily MIS, identify gaps and drive process improvements on-ground.
- Take ownership of new operational projects as the network scales.

Qualifications:

- 0–3 years of experience in Operations; strong fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Exposure to quick commerce, e-commerce, logistics, warehousing or B2B operations is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working with data/MIS.
- Someone who enjoys being on-ground, solving problems and taking ownership, rather than working only from a desk.
- Flexibility to travel across stores, cities and operating locations is important for this role. Comfortable working in a quick-moving startup environment where priorities can change quickly.
