Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Technical Educator to deliver high-quality technical training programs, mentor learners, and bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging learning experiences for students and professionals.

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Delivery

- Conduct instructor-led classroom, online, and hybrid training sessions.
- Deliver practical and hands-on technical training programs.
- Explain complex technical concepts in a straightforward and understandable manner.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, boot camps, and certification programs.

Curriculum Development

- Develop and update course materials, presentations, assignments, and lab exercises.
- Design industry-relevant training content aligned with current technology trends.
- Create assessments, quizzes, projects, and evaluation criteria.
- Continuously improve training methodologies and learning outcomes.

Student Mentorship

- Guide learners throughout their learning journey.
- Provide technical support and clarification for course-related queries.




- Mentor students in project development and problem-solving activities.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Assessment & Evaluation

- Conduct technical assessments and practical evaluations.
- Review assignments, projects, and coding exercises.
- Maintain assessment records and performance reports.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend improvement plans.

Industry Engagement

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Participate in faculty development programs, workshops, and certifications.
- Collaborate with industry experts to enhance training effectiveness.
- Support placement preparation activities including mock interviews and technical discussions.

Administrative Responsibilities

- Maintain attendance records and training documentation.
- Prepare periodic training reports and learner performance summaries.
- Ensure timely completion of training schedules and course objectives.
- Adhere to organizational policies and quality standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
