Ledgergate Academy is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation, campaign optimization, and conversion tracking, with a proven ability to improve ROI and generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Generate high-quality leads and improve lead-to-admission conversion rates.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROI.
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities to improve performance.
- Manage and optimize landing pages, marketing funnels, and conversion tracking.
- Conduct A/B testing of ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Work closely with the Sales/Admissions and Creative teams to achieve lead and revenue targets.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform changes.
- Continuously test new strategies to improve campaign performance and reduce acquisition costs.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.




- EdTech industry experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Good understanding of landing pages, funnels, remarketing, and audience targeting.
- Creative mindset with a robust focus on achieving measurable business results.
