Job Summary

We are looking for a Stringer Operator responsible for operating and monitoring solar cell stringer machines used in the manufacturing of solar PV modules. The candidate will ensure proper cell alignment, soldering, and string quality while achieving production and quality targets.

Location: Wada, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor solar cell stringer machines.
- Load and arrange solar cells and ribbons properly in the machine.
- Ensure accurate cell alignment and proper soldering.
- Monitor machine parameters such as temperature, speed, and soldering settings.
- Inspect solar cell strings for cracks, soldering defects, misalignment, and other quality issues.
- Perform basic machine troubleshooting and coordinate with the Maintenance team when required.
- Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Minimize cell breakage, rejection, and material wastage.




- Maintain production records and report machine downtime.
- Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and 5S practices.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to resolve process-related issues.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- ITI/Diploma or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Stringer Operator in solar module manufacturing preferred.
- Knowledge of solar cell stringing and soldering processes.
- Basic knowledge of machine operation and troubleshooting.
- Good attention to detail and quality awareness.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Positive teamwork and communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
