We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our team at Ranjini Textiles. The role involves developing textile and product designs, coordinating sampling, and managing production activities including cutting and stitching operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop recent designs, patterns, colorways, and collections for home textiles, apparel, and lifestyle products
- Create design concepts based on market trends, customer requirements, and brand direction
- Prepare design sheets, artwork, specifications, and sampling instructions
- Coordinate with weaving, dyeing, stitching, and packing teams during product development
- Supervise fabric utilization, production cutting, and stitching processes to ensure accuracy and quality
- Manage daily activities of the cutting and stitching unit, including workflow planning and task allocation




- Monitor sample development timelines and production schedules
- Conduct quality checks during stitching and finishing stages
- Work closely with merchandisers and production planning teams for smooth execution of orders
- Maintain records of designs, samples, measurements, and production details
- Assist in developing new product categories and improving existing designs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
