Senior Electrical Engineer – Electric Furnace
Experience: 15–20+ Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. Electrical
Industry: Metal Heating / Electric Furnace
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor 2–3 MW furnace electrical panels, HT/LT panels, and transformers.
- Handle thyristor-based furnace panel operations.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults, tripping, overloads, and panel issues.
- Monitor voltage, current, MW, and power factor.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams.
Preferred: Experience in metal heating/electric furnace operations.
