Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Ladies Footwear Production Manager with a minimum of 15 years of experience in footwear manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete production operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the complete ladies footwear production process.
- Prepare and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Handle production from cutting, stitching, closing, assembling, finishing to packing.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining required quality standards.
- Manage and monitor production supervisors, workers, and manpower.
- Plan manpower according to production requirements and order schedules.
- Monitor production efficiency, material consumption, wastage, rejection, and productivity.
- Ensure production is completed according to required design, size, colour, quantity, and quality.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective measures.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality, Development, and Sales teams.
- Ensure proper availability and utilization of raw materials, components, machinery, and manpower.
- Reduce production wastage, rejection, rework, and manufacturing costs.
- Maintain daily production reports, MIS,



and production performance records.
- Develop and implement processes to improve production efficiency.
- Train, guide, and motivate production staff and workers.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and proper workflow on the production floor.
- Take responsibility for achieving production deadlines and ensuring timely dispatch.
- Handle production-related problems independently and provide practical solutions.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 15 years of experience in footwear manufacturing/production.
- Strong experience specifically in Ladies Footwear Production is highly preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of ladies sandals, slippers, heels, casual footwear, and other women's footwear manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of complete footwear production processes.
- Proven experience in production planning and manpower management.
- Strong leadership and team-handling capabilities.
- Good knowledge of quality control, wastage control, and productivity improvement.
- Ability to work under production pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets / Production MIS will be an advantage.
