We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with customers, explaining our products/services, and generating leads or sales.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products/services clearly and answer customer questions.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain customer information and call records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team when required.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Hindi/Tamil knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Friendly, confident, and positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to communicate professionally over the phone.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
