Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This role involves managing a portfolio of clients, identifying growth opportunities, and serving as the primary point of contact for all account management matters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and nurture robust, lasting relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Understand client needs and objectives thoroughly to effectively position and deliver appropriate solutions and services.
- Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding our service offerings, contributing to revenue growth.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients,



articulating the value proposition of our solutions.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives, coordinating with internal teams as necessary.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders through regular reporting and meetings.
- Forecast and track key account metrics, including client satisfaction, retention rates, and revenue generation.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and support teams to ensure seamless client experience and achieve overall company objectives.
- Resolve client complaints and issues promptly and effectively, escalating complex matters to appropriate internal teams when required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to better serve clients and identify new business opportunities.
