Role Summary:

Looking for a Sr. Sitecore role to drive development and delivery of AI-enabled digital experience solutions. The role involves leading offshore teams, defining architecture, and ensuring scalable, high-performance implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Sitecore (XP/XM/Headless) development and delivery

Define architecture and ensure best practices (Helix, modular design)

Collaborate with onshore teams, UX, QA, and DevOps

Drive AI-based personalization and content experience initiatives

Ensure performance, scalability, and code quality

Must-Have Skills:

Strong experience in Sitecore (XP/XM, Headless/SXA)

Expertise in .NET / C# / ASP.NET MVC





Experience with Sitecore JSS / Headless architecture

Exposure to Azure & CI/CD pipelines

Hands-on experience in integrations (APIs, third-party systems)

Positive to Have:

Experience with AI-driven personalization / recommendations

Exposure to React / Next.js
