Ensure customer satisfaction by controlling customer complaints
Minimum Machine Uptime to be achieved
Ensure down time Index
Manpower conversion ratio to be controlled as per target
Suggestion Meetings with Management, along with the new value-added suggestions for improvement.
Training to be attended
Monitoring Scrap Grinder shift wise
Maintain houskeeping within /outside the department.
Manpower allotment & training to current employee worker.
