- 1–3 years of experience in customer support/customer service.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable handling customer calls and WhatsApp communication.
- Positive problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer queries.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
