Job Title: Data Entry Executive – Invoice Processing

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year (Freshers are also welcome)

Shift Timings

Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Night Shift: 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM

Job Summary

Swift ProSys Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive (Invoice Processing) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good typing skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to accurately enter and verify invoice data. Fresh graduates with good MS Excel knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Enter invoice and customer data accurately into the system.

Verify, review, and validate invoice details before processing.

Maintain high accuracy while meeting daily productivity targets.

Correct data errors and resolve inconsistencies.

Generate reports and maintain proper records.

Handle confidential information responsibly.





Perform data backup and maintain organized documentation.

Work effectively with the operations team to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Required Skills

Good typing speed and accuracy.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Strong attention to detail.

Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
