We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Travel Sales Executive to join our team at Athani, Kochi. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to understand customer requirements and convert enquiries into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers and understand their travel requirements.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Prepare attractive, practical and customised travel itineraries based on customer preferences, budget and duration.
- Explain tour packages, destinations, inclusions, exclusions, hotels, sightseeing and transportation clearly to customers.
- Sell domestic and international holiday packages and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Negotiate with customers and provide suitable package options while maintaining profitability.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service throughout the booking process.
- Coordinate with the operations team, hotels, transport providers and other vendors to ensure smooth execution of tours.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated about popular destinations, travel trends, hotels and new tour products.





What We Are Looking For

- Excellent communication and convincing/sales skills.
- Passion for travel and an interest in exploring destinations and creating travel experiences.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend the right holiday package.
- Good knowledge of itinerary preparation and travel planning.
- Comfortable making calls, following up with leads and closing sales.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp, email and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Previous experience in travel sales, tourism, hospitality or a similar sales role will be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in travel sales may also apply.
