HR Manager – Payroll & Compliance
Experience: 8-10 years | Industry: Steel/Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end monthly payroll for employees and contract workers.
- Manage attendance, shifts, overtime, leave, incentives and deductions.
- Ensure PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity and labour-law compliance.
- Verify contractor attendance, wages and statutory documents.
- Handle employee payroll queries and Full & Final settlements.
- Prepare monthly HR/payroll MIS and reconciliation.
- Maintain employee records and support HR audits/inspections.
Qualification: MBA/PGDM – HR / MSW / MHRM or equivalent.
Skills: Payroll, statutory compliance, labour laws, MS Excel, HRMS/ERP and valuable communication skills.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
