Location: Whitefield, Bangalore
Employment: Full time | 1-Year Contract
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: ₹27,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day business operations and coordination.
- Handle B2B leads, customer enquiries, calls, and follow-ups.
- Support sales and business development activities.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate samples, orders, and payments.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfilment and dispatch.
- Maintain customer, sales, order, and operational records.
- Update Excel/Google Sheets trackers and business reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners.
- Support management with projects, market research, and business opportunities.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in operations, sales, business development, or customer coordination.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Comfortable with calls, follow-ups, sales, and customer coordination.
- Proactive, responsible, organized, and able to multitask.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing business workplace.

Preferred

- B2B Sales / FMCG experience
- Lead generation and customer relationship management
- Quotation, order, logistics, and dispatch coordination

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
