Responsibilities:
- Daily tele calling to customer to perform collection and recovery for maximize profitability in NPA bucket .
- knowledge of customer payment system(ACH, E-NACH, PDC CHQUE)
- Assisting and coordinating with the Field Collection team.
- Assisting other internal teams.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Advance Excel knowledge is a plus..
- Positive written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of NPA
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
