Customer Support Executive – Filmy Closet

Filmy Closet is looking for a confident, friendly, and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our growing team.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong spoken and written English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand customer concerns and respond clearly and politely
- Confidence in handling customer queries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Email & Calls
- Patient, professional, and customer-friendly attitude
- Basic computer and social media knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple customer conversations efficiently
- Previous customer support experience is a plus, but strong communication skills are our main priority

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries about products, sizing, orders, shipping, and deliveries
- Assist customers before and after placing an order
- Handle complaints and concerns professionally and patiently




- Coordinate with the Filmy Closet team for order updates and customer requests
- Follow up with customers whenever required
- Maintain clear and organized customer communication
- Provide a positive and helpful customer experience at all times
